Kristin Fitzpatrick, the owner of The KeyFitz, has been coaching since 2000. She trained with CoachU, the foremost training institution in the industry. Her desire to help people, hear their stories, & watch them grow attracted her to the coaching profession. She continues to grow & study, & always is interested in learning more.

Prior to coaching, Kristin had gone to school for Medical Technology. That background, combined with an interest in technology moved her into the medical IT world. The human dynamic is involved with every industry. Lessons learned in one industry translate to lessons available in another. Kristin lives in Nashua, NH, with her husband Bruce & two sons, Kevin & Jake. They also live with a cat, Cleo, who is not receptive to coaching.
